The Sons of Narcissus (photographs), is intended as a visual essay on coercive persuasion and on the social-cultural degradation that occurs (product of laziness and tedium), as a result of the strong Ideological Manipulation and Control in contexts of Authoritarianism and Centralization. It alludes to the Political Dogma, the pathologically exacerbated ego and a Diffused Consciousness (absence of Critical Consciousness or Critical Thought). It is not a series of works that question or discuss Ideology, because it precisely refers (with open irony and confessed cynicism), to automatism and the most abject ” nothingness”: the absence of ideas.
